Good to Know: Measurements are from top to bottom of the letter or number. Wood is a natural material and may have knots and other slight irregularities, and the laser leaves a darker burned edge as it cuts — part of the handmade character. We do not accept cancellations or returns on custom work; see our shop policies for more information.
