We strive to create and ship all items in a timely manner. Some handmade products take more time then others.

When your item will ship is dependent on the time it takes to make your personalized product. The typical processing time is in each listing and item description. 

The shipping option you chose at check out will determine the product ship time once it leaves our shop.

After purchase please check for emails (including in your spam or junk mail folders), we are happy to text as long as you sign up to receive text messages. We will attempt to reach out to you in the case we need to clarify or have a question regarding your order. If you do not respond we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. 

Digital downloads are available immediately upon a completed purchase.
