Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Most orders do not include a proof unless requested. Our Font Preview Tool is available to help you choose your font style before ordering. If you would like a proof for a custom design, please note that in your order or contact us prior to purchase.
What materials do you use?
We work with high-quality wood and acrylic, along with durable tumblers and sports water bottles for engraved drinkware. Materials may vary by product and are selected to ensure the best finish and long-lasting results.
How long does it take to make my order?
All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product and customization details, but current processing times are listed on each product page. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before ordering to check availability and pricing for expedited production.
Will my item look exactly like the preview?
Font previews and photos are for reference. Final sizing, spacing, and layout may vary slightly depending on the product, material, and personalization details. We always make adjustments as needed to ensure the best finished result.
Are your engraved designs permanent?
Yes! Our engraved drinkware features permanent engraving that will not fade, peel, or wash away. UV printed and laser cut designs are made to be durable, but care instructions may vary by product.
Can I use my own logo or design?
Absolutely. We can engrave or print custom logos and designs on many of our products. Please make sure uploaded artwork is high quality. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can make it right.
